Ponder on this question. You are a leader, and you are an individual similar to everybody else. You have likes and dislikes, abhorrences and preferences. What is it that you actually like in your leadership? Is it the planning? The entrusting? Decision- making? Working with your team? Attaining goals? Focus on the elements of your management that offer you pleasure.

It only took them 200 years to realise that heat is a procedure of a thermodynamic phenomenon. Let's not wait that long this time to translucent such potentially inhibiting nominalisations as Leadership, relationship, interaction and so on.
